Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marine Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality maintenance and repair services on various types of marine vessels, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting on marine engines and electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance and repair work on boats, including engine service, hull repair, and electrical system upgrades.
Install and test marine electronics and equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations while performing duties.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of projects.
Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Marine Service Technician or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, and related equipment.
Certification or training in marine mechanics or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically capable of handling demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
