DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Upon greeting guests, provide property tours to prospective club members, giving detail to all the packages that are offered.

2. Provides the highest level of customer and guest services.

3. Develop leads for new membership sales.

4. Achieve budgeted new member goals.

5. Assist in the planning and hosting of events, at the marina and offsite, to promote the boat club.

6. Regularly following up with club member leads.

7. Utilizing social media and other mediums in order to promote boat club (Facebook, Instagram etc...)

8. Teaching new members how to operate boat club software program. 9. Other projects and tasks as determined by direct supervisor to improve the financial performance or operational efficiency of Boat Club and the marina

OPERATING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work performed and composed of a variety of different tasks, calling for use of judgment; and compliance with policies and procedures. Must be both a team player and self-starter.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s degree Preferred

2. Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills

3. Must be able to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity 4. Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals; 5. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers;

6. Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously

7. Excellent attention to detail.

8. Must be able to pass a background check

9. Basic water safety skills

10. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions

11. Ability to work under pressure.

12. Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays based on needs of the property

13. General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements
