Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the yacht buying and selling process
- Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and sellers
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist clients in selecting, negotiating, and purchasing yachts
- Coordinate with yacht owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to facilitate transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication)
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a luxury or high-end market
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Familiarity with technology sales tools, such as Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to effectively promote yachts for sale
- Technical sales knowledge to understand the features and specifications of different yacht models
- Experience in outside sales, including prospecting and cold calling
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
