Hello! My name is Brad and I am an American chef with more than 15 years of experience at the highest levels in some of the best restaurants in California. As a private chef I prepare 3 meal services a day plus canapés and dessert for between 14 and 20 people 6 days per week and regularly travel with the family which has prepared me well for the role of a sous/crew chef.
