We are Ezgi and Robert, Ezgi is an experienced chef, her repertoire of cuisines are diverse since she has already traveled over 50 countries and loves to educate herself of the local cuisine. Most confident cuisines are; Turkish, Thai, Indian, Mexican, German, Israeli, Italian. She always prefer to cook with local ingredients and be experimental. You can trust that with simple ingredients she can create a sensational flavor blast for the consumer. Ezgi is also a highly trained bodyworker/ massage therapist and can help with sore muscles. Aswell as a yoga teacher who can create a yoga routine for any individual.
Robert is a racing sailor since childhood and a trained paramedic in Germany. For several years Robert was working in high cuisine service jobs, so he would also have the knowledge to support the Galley.
Ezgi and Robert just traveled from Florida to Dominican Republic through multiple stops in Bahamas on a 1 month journey. We were crew for a 1984 Ted Brewer Ketch 45'. Robert was the helmsman/deckhand with all necessary tasks to keep the boat safe and clean, from night-watch to deck polishing and tender duties. Ezgi was caring for the food, provisions and galley cleaning.
We also love to fish and make our own lures.
