I have 8 years hospitality experience working in a cafe, bar and hotel. I was Events Operations Manager at Ovolo Hotel Woolloomooloo, Sydney. Here I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of all the conferencing, social & wedding events. I cultivated a strong team to ensure all events ran smoothly and client expectations were not only met but exceeded.
I undertook an interior course with super yacht crew academy in Sydney. Here I learnt about housekeeping, laundry, and silver service. I believe my skills and experience from Events are easily transferable to a yacht and have a strong ability for service.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Culinary Management. I worked for Club Med Sahoro, Japan. Here I was a commis chef & G.O and cooked on a live buffet for 600 guests. Back in Sydney I created my own business creating and baking custom celebration cakes and cupcakes. These additional skills would be an asset where I can assist the chef.
