I undertook an interior course with super yacht crew academy in Sydney. Here I learnt about housekeeping, laundry, and silver service. I believe my skills and experience from Events are easily transferable to a yacht and have a strong ability for service.
I have a Bachelor Degree in Culinary Management. I worked for Club Med Sahoro, Japan. Here I was a commis chef & G.O and cooked on a live buffet for 600 guests.
