Amongst my achievments from last year and this year working on Yachts , a guest on last years charter contacted me privately to cater for a private event for his family in his country, and this year we had Sigma convention where i had to cater daily on my own for over 60 people lunch Buffet style food and then in the evening 20 people plated for 5 days.
