I have fine dining experience from restaurants in San Francisco, including Michelin starred One Market preparing California cuisine and French brasserie Cafe Claude. I am also well versed in Asian influenced Pacific Rim fare having worked at James Beard award winning Gannon’s Pacific view restaurant in Maui, Hawaii. I hold current STCW 10, Seafarer’s Medical Certificate, and Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 certifications. I am a non-smoker with no tattoos and am fully vaccinated.
