I saw a post regarding pastry chef vacancy in Locarno. I am just back in Italy and I live in north Milano ,not so far from Locarno actually, can we arrange a call and sharing each other details.......I am reachable at +39 3922644295
Quickly summary of my current situation is: I am now living in Miami FL, working as production manager at "Paolo Fontanot Bakery &Cafe.
Lived more than 9 years in Shanghai and short period across European cities, fully proficient in English and Chinese, and willing to travel and relocate myself.
Holding E2 visas and SSN.
My roots are deeply planted into F&B industry, coming from a long family history of bakers and pastry chefs I developed over 20 years’ experience in Catering, F&B and Food production line set-up. As independent consultant my professional skills and services range from full management in Catering organizations to medium to large bakery productions, but also operation in full Kitchen departments and supervising factory production lines.
I have a degree in Master’s in Food & Patisserie Production from the ETOILE GOURMET SCHOOL and I am a certified pastry chef through the Culinary Federation. I am proficient in all areas of pastry, including breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts. I am also familiar with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Across these years I have been working in different parts of the world, from Asia (like Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and China) to US, where I managed the catering for the Lamborghini Super Trofeo and Ferrari Challenge, outstanding with our high standards about food safety and HCCP processes. In past I also supported implementing production lines in Europe and North Africa.
After long time living across different countries, I can provide specialized consultancy in Bakery and Pastry industry, using a very international mindset and approaching the work focus on helping to set up new businesses and scalability of those.
